FourBlock has been an incredibly impactful resource in my transition from military service to the civilian workforce. The program provided me with a clear roadmap for navigating the challenges of shifting into a corporate career, from refining my resume to understanding the nuances of corporate culture. The workshops and coaching sessions were especially valuable, offering hands-on advice that I could immediately apply in my job search. What really set FourBlock apart, though, was the mentorship. Being paired with a mentor who truly understood the unique experiences and skills I bring from the military made all the difference in my confidence and approach to job hunting.
